Hong Kong’s All Rights Entertainment has secured a sexy multinational cast for “Hostile,” its French-made, post-apocalyptic thriller.
Javier Botet, recently seen in “The Revenant” and previously in “[Rec],” will be joined by Brittany Ashworth (“The Crucifixion,” “Lone Soldier”,) and Gregory Fitoussi (“G.I. Joe,” “World War Z, “Mr Selfridge”.)
The film is directed by Mathieu Turi and produced by Xavier Gens (“Frontier(s),” “Hitman”) with Full Time Films (Thomas Lubeau, Eric Gendarme, Olivier Château). Turi was previously assistant director for “Lucy,” “Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows,” and “Inglourious Basterds”.
“It is an ambitious technical agenda and story and is expected to be an instant cult classic,” said Aymeric Contat Desfontaines, All Rights’ managing director. The film is set for delivery in 2017.
