Reality Star Kylie Jenner Lists One of Her Four Los Angeles Homes

SELLER: Kylie Jenner
LOCATION: Hidden Hills, CA
PRICE: $5,400,000
SIZE: 5,154 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms

YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: In addition to being the youngest scion of the pop culturally ubiquitous Kardashian-Jenner family reality television juggernaut, the daughter of transgendered former Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner, and an entrepreneurial social media powerhouse in her own right with more than 80 million followers on Instagram, 19-year-old Kylie Jenner is also a budding luxury residential real estate tycoon who just listed one of the four multi-million dollar homes she owns in Los Angeles with an asking price of $5.4 million even though she bought it a scant five months ago for $4.5 million.

Current digital marketing materials show the essentially brand new single-story residence, which does not appear to have had many alterations since the subscription-based mobile app mogul acquired it, measures in at 5,154-square-feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including a master suite replete with sitting area, fireplace, fitted walk-in closet/dressing room, and a huge marble bathroom. Other high-end features and creature comforts of the unfurnished residence include a combination living/dining room with fireplace set into a painted paneled wall, a family room with wet bar and stacked stone corner fireplace, a theater room, and a roomy eat-in kitchen expensively accoutred with marble counter tops and back splashes and an extensive array of top quality designer appliances. The landscaped areas of the 3.3-acre spread, privately situated down a long driveway and nestled up to an undeveloped hillside, includes thick carpets of liberally irrigated lawns ringed by white rose bushes, a gravelled patio lit by overhead strands of lights, a courtyard with water feature, and an open air pavilion with fireplace next to a swimming pool and spa.

In addition to the Hidden Hills house she’s looking to cash in on to the tune of $900,000, less carrying costs, improvement expenses and real estate fees, young Miss Jenner also owns the house next door, which she snatched up in May 2016 for $6.025 million, as well as a five-bedroom and 6.5 bathroom neo-Tuscan house in a guard-gated Calabasas development that she bought in March 2015, cosmetically renovated, flipped back on the market a year later at $3.9 million and currently has available at the reduced price of $3.3 million. The clearly very deep-pocketed teenager’s most recent and expensive real estate acquisition came in September when she shelled out a very grown up $12.05 million for a brand new, quasi-Cape Cod style mansion in Hidden Hills that measures in at 13,200-square-feet with 8 bedrooms and 9 full and 2 half bathrooms.

Homes and estates in the exclusive, expensive and equestrian oriented Hidden Hills enclave are owned by a long list of celebs including Drake, Jessica Simpson, Miley Cyrus, and Jennifer Lopez, although she’s upgraded to an 8-plus-acre Bel Air estate she scooped up earlier this year for $28 million from Sela Ward and has her Hidden Hills place listed at $12.5 million. Also in residence in Hidden Hills are Miss Jenner’s mother and manager, Kris Jenner, as well as her big-bootied big sister Kim who along with Kanye West — released last week after a nine-day stint in the hospital after a breakdown brought on by what has been described in the press as exhaustion, dehydration and sleep deprivation — own a 15,000-plus-square-foot French Country-style mansion on more than three acres they bought in late 2014 for $19.8 million.
