Digital media company Fullscreen has tapped Carryl Pierre-Drews, former head of strategic marketing for NBCUniversal’s USA Network, as VP of sales marketing.
Pierre-Drews, who is based in New York, will report to Fullscreen CMO Jason Klarman, a former NBCU exec who joined the company last fall.
“Carryl is an innovative leader who brings extensive experience working in both linear and digital entertainment to Fullscreen,” Klarman said in a statement.
At NBCU, Pierre-Drews was senior VP of strategic marketing for USA Network and Cloo. Projects she spearheaded included a five-season campaign with Lexus for USA’s “Suits,” as well as the launch partnerships with P&G, Microsoft, Macy’s and Target for “Modern Family’s” debut on USA Network. Prior to NBCU, Pierre-Drews worked at MTV for nearly six years, most recently as senior director of integrated marketing.
Fullscreen is owned by Otter Media, the joint venture of AT&T and Chernin Group. The company’s network of 75,000 creators includes Grace Helbig and the Fine Bros.
