The digital-savvy entertainment marketing agency Think Jam and New York-based public relations and management firm RKP Media announced that they are partnering to provide full publicity services to entertainment clients.
During its 12 years in existence, Think Jam has represented clients including Universal Pictures, Netflix, HBO, Warner Brothers, and 20th Century Fox. RKP, led by founder Richard Parker, has more than 16 years in traditional media relations and talent management.
Parker’s previous experience includes stints at Central Talent Booking, 20th Century Fox Film Corp., and Hill Knowlton Strategies Public Relations. He also worked as a consultant to Unviersal Pictures Home Entertainment. He launched campaigns for new releases from multiple companies, including MGM and Relativity Media, and for Fox shows such as “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy.”
Parker said in a statement that the combination of traditional media services from RKP and new media skills from Think Jam would create a “one-stop shop” for clients looking to spread the word about their services.
Think Jam, which launched in London in 2004, also touted the partnership. “I am extremely excited to formalize this partnership to provide our clients with inspiring, original, and hugely successful full service campaigns across traditional and digital mediums,” said Stella Ferguson, PR director for Think Jam.
