Agencies Book Artisans on ‘Lethal Weapon,’ ‘The Walking Dead’ and ‘MacGuyver’

Mirisch Agency has signed editor JC Bond (Tim Burton’s “Big Eyes”), vfx supervisor Eric Durst (Joon Ho Bong’s “Showpiercer,” pictured above) and production designer Crispian Sallis (Brad Furman’s “The Inflitrator”).

Mirisch has booked line producer Kelly Van Horn (“Blindspot”) on Fox pilot “Lethal Weapon.” The agency has also placed editors Debbie Berman (“Mad Dogs”) on NBC pilot “Time,” Anita Brandt Burgoyne (“Return to Zero”) on Kurt Voelker’s “The Bachelors,” Tod Feuerman (“Legends”) on season 2 of PBS’ “Mercy Street” and Jane Moran (“Fall Into Me”) on Huck Botko’s “We Love You.”

Eastern Talent has booked costume designers Lorraine Calvert (“Daredevil”) on Peter Landesman’s “Felt,” Elaine Montalvo (“The Bridge”) on AMC’s “The Walking Dead” and Eileen Cox Baker (“Code Black”) on CBS’ “MacGyver” pilot. The agency has placed cinematographer John Smith (“Containment”) and editors Tony Solomons (“The Vampire Diaries”) and Thomas Calderon (“Maximum Impact”) on Hulu series “Chemical High.” Eastern Talent has also booked editors Kevin Tent (“Nebraska”) on Alexander Payne’s “Downsizing,” Chris Figler (“True Detective”) on Hulu series “Chance” and Suzanne Spangler (“So B. It”) on Judy Greer’s “A Happening of Monumental Proportions.”

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group has appointed veteran colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld as chief creative officer. Sonnenfeld – who founded Company 3, which Deluxe acquired in 2010 as part of its Ascent Media purchase – will continue to color projects as well as play a senior role in developing new customer relationships.

Framestore has hired animation veteran Spencer Cook as animation supervisor on Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.”
