SPOILER ALERT: Do not read on if you do not want to know the outcome of “The Bachelorette” Season 11 finale.
Bristowe’s two last men standing were Nick Viall and Shawn Booth — so who did she choose?
In the end, Bristowe picked Booth. The two are now engaged, and told the cameras that they are in love.
Booth won the first impression rose on week one of the competition, making him an early frontrunner in the series.
In the midst of the season, Bristowe posted a photo of her with Booth to Snapchat, leading viewers to believe that he would be the winner, but despite the faux pas, ABC declined to comment at the time.
Prior to the finale (but when the episode had already been filmed), at the taping of the “Men Tell All” special, Bristowe told Variety, “I’m very happy.”
This season, “The Bachelorette” is averaging a 2.0 rating in adults 18-49 and nearly 7 million viewers overall, according to live plus same-day estimates from Nielsen, and will finish up vs. last year. It has consistently been Monday’s No. 1 show in adults 18-34, as well as the No. 1 show in adults 18-49 on a Live+3 basis.
