NBC Orders 2 Drama Pilots: ‘Curse of the Fuentes Women,’ ‘Love Is a Four Letter Word’

NBC has ordered two drama pilots, “Curse of the Fuentes Women” from “Ugly Betty” exec producer Silvio Horta and Warner Bros. TV, and “Love Is a Four Letter Word” from 20th Century Fox TV.

Horta penned the “Fuentes” pilot and is exec producing with Andrew Maher. “Fuentes Women” revolves around a magical young man who emerges to breathe new life into three generations of troubled women.

“Four Letter Word” focuses on three diverse couples who put modern marriage to the test. Diana Son wrote the pilot and exec produces with Mikkel Bondesen and Kristen Campo.

The drama orders come on the heels of three comedy pickups by the Peacock on Wednesday.
