ITV Inks First-Look Producer Pod Deal With Hoodlum

ITV Studios America has announced a first-look producer pod deal with production company Hoodlum for scripted television series in the U.S.

Hoodlum, based in Australia, will now operate out of ITV Studios America’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Since being founding in 1999 by Tracey Robertson and Nathan Mayfield, Hoodlum has striven to offer multiplatform content, picking up Emmy and BAFTA wins along the way. Hoodlum’s “Secrets & Lies” currently airs on ABC.

“As our scripted content and production business continues to grow, we want to partner with the best storytellers from around the world to bring their ideas to an American audience,” said Orly Adelson, prexy of ITV Studios America, in a statement. “Hoodlum has a wide range of international experience with impressive accomplishments already in Australia, the U.K. and the U.S., and we are excited to continue building on that great work with Tracey, Nathan and the team here in America.”

Hoodlum is repped by ICM Partners.
