Fox Developing Soapy FBI Agent Drama from ‘The Game Plan’ Duo (EXCLUSIVE)

Fox has bought a script from Kathryn Price and Nichole Millard for a soapy drama, revolving around a team of undercover FBI agents, Variety has learned exclusively.

Titled “In Deep,” the potential series is about FBI agents who live double lives, as they investigate a new case each season. The first season would revolve around a murder investigation in the sexy world of competitive surfing on the North Shore of Oahu.

Creators Price and Millard, who wrote The Rock’s 2007 Disney feature film “The Game Plan,” will serve as writers, exec producers and co-showrunners on “In Deep,” which hails from 20th Century Fox and Lionsgate.

The pair also just completed an Amanda Knox-inspired pilot for ABC Family, “Guilt,” which stars Billy Zane. Aside from their film and television work, both women are attorneys.

Price and Millard are both repped by Paradigm and attorneys Karl Austen and Darren Trattner at Jackaway, Tyerman et al.
