Conan O’Brien is going to Comic-Con, the latenight host announced on his eponymous show on Monday.

“Conan” will broadcast in San Diego from Wednesday, July 8, to Saturday, July 11, which departs from the TBS show’s usual Monday-Thursday routine. Although other latenight hosts have appeared at the event or filmed segments there, this will mark the first time a latenight show has broadcasted live from Comic-Con.

O’Brien refrained from teasing what type of material to expect from the special broadcast, but the heat building over the upcoming “Star Wars” movies means it’s probably safe to predict Triumph the Insult Comic Dog will offer a follow-up to his past skewer of nerd-culture.
