Comcast Corp. has elevated three senior executives to executive vice president positions.
The three executives are D’Arcy F. Rudnay, the company’s chief communications officer; Arthur R. Block, the company’s general counsel and secretary; and Lawrence Salva, the company’s chief accounting officer and controller. Rudnay becomes the first female executive at Comcast to attain an executive vice president role at the company.
Rudnay serves as communications counsel to the executive team and manages Comcast’s strategic and financial communications to external audiences and its employees. Block supervises Comcast’s legal, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic intellectual property functions. During 26 years with the company, he has served as the lead inhouse attorney for Comcast’s mergers and acquisitions, including deals that brought acquisitions under Comcast’s corporate umbrella. Block oversees corporate accounting and corporate internal controls, as well as enterprise risk management.
