Twentieth Century Fox TV has bolstered its programming team with the addition of two VPs.
Reena Singh has signed on as VP of current programming, reporting to Carolyn Cassidy, senior VP of current. Anand Shah has joined as VP of comedy development, reporting to Michael Thorn, exec VP of development.
Singh “is a smart, thoughtful and outgoing creative executive with great talent relationships,” Cassidy said. “She has already made an impact on her shows and will no doubt help us grow the next generation of innovative hits here at 20th.”
Singh comes to 20th TV from USA Network and Universal Cable Prods., where she worked in development and current. She previously worked at ABC and ABC News.
Shah joins the studio from Ben Stiller’s Red Hour Films, where he was a VP in development.
“Anand has great taste and encyclopedic knowledge of up and coming writers and comedians,” Thorn said. “He has a proven track record of success working with top producers within the creative community making him a fantastic addition to our comedy development team at the studio.”
