Belcampo Meat is the only supplier in the U.S. that raises and butchers its own organic, grass-fed meat, and sells it through its own butcher shops and restaurants. The farm-to-fork operation just opened a combo butcher shop-full service restaurant in Santa Monica’s gourmet gulch (just a few doors from Santa Monica Seafood and Huckleberry Bakery & Cafe). Former Josie chef Maiki Le uses the Northern California ranch’s sustainable pork, beef, lamb and poultry to create flavorful rustic plates that showcase the adjacent butcher shop’s products.
