Adele plans to hit the road for most of 2016 with dates set in the U.K., Europe and North America.
The tour is set to begin Feb. 29 in Belfast and wind through the U.K., Scandinavia, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Belgium through June. The songstress heads to the U.S. in July, starting in St. Paul, Minn., hitting major markets in the U.S. and Canada before concluding Nov. 15 in Mexico City.
Adele unveiled the 56-date swing Monday morning with a cheeky video in which she confessed “I’ve been bluffing this whole time” about her plans for live dates next year. Given her superstar status and strong sales of her latest album, “25,” Adele’s 2016 jaunt is likely to be one of the year’s top tours.
The tour announcement coincides with tonight’s premiere of NBC’s “Adele Live in New York City” concert special.
