“Fast and Furious” star Michelle Rodriguez has joined Sigourney Weaver in the gender-reassignment thriller “Tomboy, a Revenger’s Tale.”

Rodriguez will play on a male assassin who falls into the hands of rogue surgeon — played by Weaver — who turns him into a woman. Walter Hill is directing from his own script based upon a story by Denis Hamill.

Saïd Ben Saïd of SBS and Michel Merkt are producing, with shooting starting Nov. 9 in Vancouver.

The Solution Entertainment Group is handling international sales on the project and will introduce it to buyers at the upcoming American Film Market. ICM Partners is representing North American rights.

Rodriguez is repped by WME, Untitled Entertainment and David Markman of Greenberg Traurig. Weaver is repped by UTA and Alan Wertheimer, Hill by ICM, and SBS by Behr Abramson Levy LLP.
