“Wilfred” star Dorian Brown and “Sons of Anarchy’s” Tommy Flanagan are starring with Sharon Stone in ESX Entertainment’s “Running Wild,” which has started shooting in Northern California.

Brown plays a widow who saves her ranch by working with convicts to rehabilitate a herd of wild horses that have wandered onto her property. Flanagan portrays the leader of the convicts, and Stone plays the villain.

Alex Ranarivelo is directing from a script by Brian Rudick and co-producer Christina Moore. The film is produced by ESX’s Forrest Lucas and Ali Afshar.

Brown also starred in the sports drama “Home Run.” Flanagan, who starred for six seasons in FX’s “Sons of Anarchy,” also has credits on “Gladiator” and “Sin City.”
