Berlin: Cinando, FilmTrack Boost Film Market Data (EXCLUSIVE)

Cinando users to access select FilmTrack documentation, and vice-versa

Cinando, the film industry database/B2B VOD site, and FilmTrack, a global leader in rights and contract management, have formed a two-way strategic partnership.

The alliance will allow Cinando access to public FilmTrack data, and allow FilmTrack clients access to  Cinando data.

FilmTrack’s StarCM Content Management gives users a centralized repository with over 500 configurable descriptive fields to drill down on projects’ details including available rights, analytics, screeners, artwork and other marketing material.

The two-way data exchange will allow Cinando’s 40,000 registered sales agents, producers and distributors to operate more effectively at and before markets. These include the Berlin’s European Film Market, the American Film Market, Ventana Sur, Hong Kong’s Filmart, Karlovy Vary, San Sebastian, Toronto and Pusan, where Cinando offers extensive film title and company listings whose usage has become part of standard market attendance.

“We’re excited for our customers to share data from FilmTrack, the global leader in contract and rights management software, to make the deal-making process even more efficient and seamless,” said Cinando and Cannes Film Market executive director Jerome Paillard.
