Warner Bros.’ “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Harry Potter” spinoff “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” have been set for Imax releases as the studio and giant-screen operator extended their longstanding partnership.

The new deal calls for Imax to release up to 30 Warner Bros. films through 2020. Other movies covered under the deal include “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.” (also starring “Batman v. Superman” lead Henry Cavill), Chris Hemsworth’s “In the Heart of the Sea,” Alexander Skarsgard’s “Tarzan” movie, Guy Ritchie’s “King Arthur,” “Suicide Squad,” “Geostorm,” “Jungle Book: Origins” and “Godzilla 2.”

The deal will also include other DC superhero tentpoles, as well as future “Lego” movies. Each Imax release will be digitally remastered using Imax’s technology.

“We’ve had an incredible partnership with Warner Bros. for more than 10 years, which has helped Imax filmgoers enjoy Warner movies around the world,” said Imax CEO Richard L. Gelfond.

“Batman v Superman” will open March 25, 2016. “Fantastic Beasts” will launch on Nov. 18, 2016.
