Fox has set Amy Schumer’s comedy “Mother/Daughter” for a Mother’s Day weekend release on May 12, 2017.

Meanwhile, “Kingsman 2” has been slated for June 16, 2017. The sequel to this year’s “Kingsman: The Secret Service” grossed over $400 million worldwide. It’s not clear yet if director Matthew Vaughn and which actors will return for the second installment.

Schumer set up the project — centered on mother-daughter relationships — in May. Jonathan Levine is directing from a script by Katie Dippold (“The Heat”). Chernin Entertainment and Feigco Entertainment are producing.

Schumer’s “Trainwreck” grossed $110 million domestically for Universal and raked in another $28 million internationally.

“Mother/Daughter” is the first title to land on May 12, 2017. “Kingsman 2” will open against Disney’s “Cars 3.”
