Timothy DeLaGhetto, the multihyphenate YouTuber also known under the pseudonym Traphik, has signed with CAA for representation in all areas, including film and TV.

The 29-year-old, whose real name is Tim Chantarangsu, is a YouTube comedian, writer, musician, rapper and actor who is affiliated with Disney’s Maker Studios multichannel network.

DeLaGhetto launched his main YouTube channel in 2006, and now has about 2.7 million subscribers with nearly 600 million video views to date. In addition to his Maker deal, he runs YouTube channels for music, style and vlogs. His social-media fanbase includes more than 775,000 Vine followers; 632,000 Instagram followers; 470,000 Twitter followers; and more than 350,000 likes on Facebook.

Currently, DeLaGhetto appears in two MTV2 comedy series, “Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out” and “Guy Code.” His YouTube video in which he surprised his parents by paying off their mortgage received wide media coverage.

CAA said it will work to create opportunities for DeLaGhetto in traditional and digital entertainment, including film, television, commercial endorsements, distribution partnerships, personal appearances and publishing.

DeLaGhetto is managed by Untitled Entertainment Group.
