Daniel Suratt and Sean Cohan are being promoted following A+E’s alignment of divisions.
Suratt, the former head of digital media & business development, has been promoted to president, corporate development, strategy and investments, A+E Networks. The rise in rank comes after the network aligned both the corporate development, strategy and investments division and digital and international groups. Suratt will be responsible for, as the title suggests, corporate development, strategy and investments for A+E Networks.
Cohan, previously in charge of the networks international division, has added digital media to his duties and been promoted to president, international and digital media. Along with continuing to manage A+E’s international brands Cohan also has responsibility for all strategic, operational, editorial and distribution functions.
“Over the next five years, our growth will come from international and digital expansion, as well as revenue diversification. By appointing Dan and Sean to these new roles and aligning our businesses and goals, A+E Networks is well positioned for future success,” said Nancy Dubuc, president and CEO, A+E Networks.
