Ticketmaster has created a service to put tiny tickets into tiny hands.
The company launched Minimaster on Tuesday. It offers content aimed at children and is meant to foster stimulating and meaningful experiences for families. Minimaster will feature events, blogs and videos, as well as a back-to-school sweepstakes and a social-media gallery.
The event categories include First-Time Concert Goers, featuring Taylor Swift and Nick Jonas; Must-See Musicals and Plays, from “Beauty and the Beast” to “Wicked”; X-treme Adventure Awaits!, promoting David Copperfield; High-Energy Sporting Events, such as professional bull riding; Experience Disney Magic Live, featuring “Disney on Ice”; Tiny-Tot Approved, for events like “The Wiggles”; and Holiday Spectacular, showing “Elf the Musical.”
Minimaster will initially release one to two videos per month. The launch videos are Minimaster Intro: Big Fun For Little Fans; The Greatest Show on Earth; Clowning Around at the Circus and The Phantom of the Opera Christine Exclusive.
The blog will offer listicles, guides, Q&A, playlists, life hacks, how-to’s and interviews spanning celebrities, beauty, parenting, event reviewers, DIY and a back-to-school section, and the social-media gallery will showcase a photo mosaic of parents’ Twitter, Instagram and Facebook posts at Minimaster-relevant shows, as well as posts from Minimaster clients, performers and artists.
