Vice President Joseph Biden, pondering a run for the presidency next year, will be the keynote speaker at the Human Rights Campaign’s national dinner on Oct. 3 in Washington, D.C.

The organization announced earlier this week that Hillary Clinton, seeking the Democratic presidential nomination, will speak that morning at a separate event for HRC leaders and organizers.

Actress Ellen Page will receive the Vanguard Award from presenter Allison Janney at the event. Page came out publicly last year at a speech at the HRC’s Time to Thrive conference.

A Great Big World, Carly Rae Jepsen and Futuristic will perform at the event. Also scheduled to speak are retired NBA athlete Jason Collins and transgender student Blossom Brown.
