Hillary Clinton to Return to L.A. Jan. 7 for Fundraiser at Henson Studios

Hillary Clinton is making another fundraising trek to Los Angeles on Jan. 7, including an event at the Jim Henson Co. studios lot in Hollywood.

The event, described as a “family celebration with Hillary Rodham Clinton,” is hosted by Lisa Henson and David Pressler. The Henson Co. is the creator of The Muppets.

Tickets start at $500 per person, with ticket levels going up to $1,000 for an adult and one child under age 16, and $2,700 for two adults and children under age 16. Those who raise $10,000 or contribute $5,400 in primary dollars per family are listed as event hosts. That includes a family photo with Hillary for two adults and children under the age of 16, according to the invite.

Clinton also will be doing two more events during her visit that are to be announced, according to a fund raiser.

Clinton was last in Los Angeles for a series of fundraisers on Nov. 4 and 5, including events at the homes of Christina Aguilera and Rob Reiner.

Her husband, former President Bill Clinton, was scheduled to headline a fundraiser for her campaign earlier this month but postponed the event after the death of Sandy Berger, who served as his national security adviser.

This will be Hillary Clinton’s sixth fundraising visit to Los Angeles since announcing her bid for the presidency.
