Incentives Scorecard: Dominican Republic Boasts New Pinewood Production Facility

Apart from the lure of its tropical beauty, the Dominican Republic offers filmmakers one of the Pinewood Group’s newest production facilities. Known as Pinewood Dominican Republic Studios, it boasts modern stages, studio space, bluescreen capabilities and an eight-acre water-effects facility. Relativity Media is bringing its 2015 thriller “Our Father” to the Pinewood property. The DR also provides a generous production incentive of up to 25% of all eligible above-the-line and below-the-line expenditures. The program has no funding caps.
