The Czech Republic has a 20% incentive that keeps business coming — including a slew of Hollywood action films. Most recently, the country hosted “Unlocked,” with Orlando Bloom, and “Last Knights,” with Morgan Freeman and Clive Owen. Since the rebate took effect in 2010, it has supported 140 projects and paid out $64 million. Plus, capital Prague boasts some of the region’s best soundstages and post-production houses.
