WATCH: Aliens Attack in New ‘Falling Skies’ Season 4 Trailer

Following the season four premiere of “Falling Skies,” TNT is offering viewers a closer look at what they can expect as the drama series plays out this summer.

“This season the battle for humanity, for hope, for the planet, will leave Earth behind,” the trailer warns as the cast, including series star Noah Wyle, battles supernatural forces and a new kind of army.

Wyle leads the charge as Tom Mason, a college professor who has become a resistance leader after a massive invasion by the Espheni alien race.

This season, the Mason family and the remaining 2nd Mass  find themselves under attack by a new Espheni war machine and a new, deadly creation.

The series also stars Moon Bloodgood, Will Patton, Colin Cunningham, Drew Roy, Connor Jessup, Maxim Knight, Sarah Carter, Seychelle Gabriel, Mpho Koaho and Doug Jones. “Harry Potter” actress Scarlett Byrne has joined as a series regular for season four and Oscar winner Mira Sorvino and Treva Etienne are slated to guest-star, along with the returning Robert Sean Leonard.

Falling Skies,” exec-produced by Steven Spielberg and Amblin Television heads Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank, along with David Eick and Greg Beeman, airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on TNT.
