WATCH: NYC Mayor Sings ‘I Love L.A.’ on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio made good on his bet with L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti following the Los Angeles Kings’ victory over the New York Rangers in the NHL’s Stanley Cup finals.

De Blasio took to Times Square on Monday to sing Randy Newman’s anthem for the City of Angels, “I Love L.A.,” in keeping with the wager the mayors made on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Had the Rangers won, Garcetti would have been on the hook for a performance of “New York, New York.”

De Blasio was joined by members of Gotham’s 52nd Street Project chorus, an ensemble featuring youths from nine to 18.
