Writer and TV presenter Peaches Geldof died Monday afternoon from unknown causes. She was 25.

Peaches Geldof was the second daughter of musician Bob Geldof and Paula Yates. Police, who found her in her Kent apartment, are treating her death as “unexplained and sudden.”

Geldof began her media career at the age of 15 when she wrote as a guest columnist for Elle magazine. She then left home at 16 in order to to contribute to the Telegraph and the Guardian, as well as appear on TV shows such as ITV2’s “OMG! with Peaches Geldof.”

She also worked as a model, most recently appearing at a launch for Tesco’s F&F clothing range in London.

She was married to musician Thomas Cohen, with whom she had two sons, Astala and Phaedra.
