MGM has renewed the contracts of its top four TV execs through 2016.

Roma Khanna heads the TV and digital group as president. Chris Ottinger is prexy of international TV distribution and acquisitions. Steve Stark is prez of production and development and John Bryan is president of domestic TV distribution.

The Lion’s TV team has been a big component of the company’s rebuilding during the past few years. The TV wing has focused on generating new projects out of library titles such as MTV’s “Teen Wolf” and FX’s upcoming miniseries reboot of “Fargo.” It’s also fielded an original scripted drama property with History’s “Vikings.”

Bryan has revived MGM’s activity in the first-run syndie biz with distribution pacts for daytime strips “Paternity Court” and “Right This Minute.”

“MGM television, under Roma’s direction, is stronger than ever, and is an important producer and distributor of content for television and digital platforms worldwide,” said MGM chairman-CEO Gary Barber.

Khanna, who joined MGM in 2011 from NBCUniversal, reports to Barber. The other three report to Khanna.
