‘Marvel’s Agent Carter’ Adds ‘White Collar’ Actress Bridget Regan to Cast

“Marvel’s Agent Carter” is adding another to its cast.

Bridget Regan, known for roles in “White Collar” and “John Wick,” is joining the upcoming ABC show in a recurring role, Marvel announced on its website on Thursday.

Regan will play a character named Dottie, who is described as “a small-town girl from Iowa who’ll have a huge impact on the life of Agent Carter.”

The series stars Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter as she attempts to balance routine office work for the Strategic Scientific Reserve with the secret missions she undertakes with inventor Howard Stark.

Regan joins previously announced cast members Atwell, Dominic Cooper, Chad Michael Murray, Lyndsy Fonseca, James D’Arcy and Enver Gjokaj.

Along with her roles on “White Collar” and “John Wick,” Regan is known for her portrayal of Kahlen Amnell in “Legend of the Seeker.”

The series is written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, and hails from ABC Studios and Marvel Television.

ABC announced on Wednesday that “Agent Carter,” which is inspired by Marvel’s “Captain America” films, will premiere on Jan. 6.
