Lily Rabe to Star in ABC Alien Invasion Drama ‘The Visitors’

From witchy women to an alien invasion: “American Horror Story’s” Lily Rabe will star in ABC’s “The Visitors,” the one-hour drama pilot from “Under the Dome’s” Soo Hugh.

The show, based on the Ray Bradbury short story “Zero Hour,” is about the race to stop an unseen alien enemy out to destroy the world.

Hugh wrote the pilot for Amblin Television/ABC Studios and is exec producing with Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey, Steven Spielberg and Dawn Olmstead.

Mark Romanek (“Never Let Me Go”) will direct the first episode.

Rabe, who also appears in Edward Zwick’s upcoming Bobby Fisher film biopic, “Pawn Sacrifice,” is represented by ICM Partners, Framework Entertainment and Schreck Rose Dapello & Adams.
