Paramount Television and Anonymous Content have set a first-look deal with “Lone Star” scribe Kyle Killen.

Under the two-year agreement, the studio and Anonymous Content will have first-look rights to produce and distribute scripted programming developed by Killen’s Chapter Eleven banner, which he has launched with former AMC exec Scott Pennington.

Killen already is managed by Anonymous Content, the management-production firm that set its own first-look deal with Paramount TV earlier this year.

Killen had been under an overall deal at 20th Century Fox TV, where he produced the Fox drama “Lone Star,” NBC’s drama “Awake” and ABC’s “Mind Games.” All three shows were famously short-lived — even though “Lone Star” received glowing reviews — which may have inspired his production company moniker.

Killen is also repped by WME.
