Kardashians to Cameo in USA’s ‘Royal Pains’ Finale

Reality royalty, also known as the Kardashians, will appear in the season finale of USA’s Hamptons-set sudser “Royal Pains.”

Khloe Kardashian and sister Kourtney’s partner Scott Disick — who were conveniently already in the neighborhood to shoot sister channel E! Network’s upcoming fall show “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons” — will be playing themselves.

In the episode, the duo will be having dinner at a local hot spot when they are recognized and Hank’s (Mark Feuerstein) girlfriend Charlotte (Gillian Alexy) asks Evan (Paulo Costanzo) to make an introduction.

The “Royal Pains” finale airs on Sept. 2.
