HBO has inked a two-year overall deal with “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Seinfeld” vet Alec Berg.

The writer-director at present is working as an exec producer and showrunner on HBO’s Mike Judge comedy “Silicon Valley.” The new deal calls for Berg to develop new projects for the pay cabler and supervise other prospects. “Silicon Valley” is set to bow April 6.

Berg spent four seasons on HBO’s Larry David laffer “Curb,” and before that he worked with David on NBC’s “Seinfeld.” In the feature realm he wrote and produced the 2012 Sacha Baron Cohen vehicle “The Dictator,” and he wrote the 2004 comedy “Eurotrip.”

Berg is repped by UTA and attorney Ken Richman of Hansen Jacobson.
