Drew Carey and Craig Ferguson are preparing to have some fun on April Fool’s day by swapping shows for the day.

Ferguson will grab the skinny mic as host CBS’ daytime mainstay “The Price Is Right” while Carey will head over to Ferguson’s stage to host “The Late Late Show.” Both shows are shot on the CBS Television City lot in the Fairfax district.

Ferguson and Carey announced the plan on Monday’s edition of “The Late Late Show.”

“Now this is for April Fools,’ so don’t tell anyone,” Ferguson joked.

Carey’s lineup of guests for the April 1 edition of “Late Late Show” will include Carl Reiner, writer and fellow Cleveland native Connie Schultz and rocker Joan Jett. Three “Price Is Right” models and announcer George Gray will join Carey on the talker.

Ferguson, meanwhile, will bring his trusty sidekicks, robot Geoff Peterson (who already wears a “Price Is Right” nametag) and the pantomime horse Secretariat will serve as models on “Price Is Right.”
