Andy Samberg’s Lonely Island production venture has unveiled the first slate of projects for its “Party Over Here” initiative to incubate potential Fox and FX comedies on digital platforms.

“Community’s” Danny Pudi and comic Neal Brennan are on board to star in shows that will initially be distributed via over-the-top platforms, with the goal of building up to full-fledged series for various Fox linear platforms. Lonely Island — headed by Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone — inked a wide-ranging development pact with Fox earlier this year.

To spearhead the Party Over Here initiative, Lonely Island has tapped former 21 Laps exec Billy Rosenberg to oversee development and production. Rosenberg has spent the past few years as a senior VP at Shawn Levy’s Fox-based film and TV banner.

“Akiva, Andy and Jorma have exceeded our expectations in identifying and nurturing a number of bold new ideas that might not otherwise have been produced through the traditional process,” said Kiliaen Van Rensselaer, Fox’s senior VP of multiplatform programming.

There’s no immediate word on how the digital series will be distribbed.

These are the three projects now in production:

When Tyler (Danny Pudi, “Community”) moves to a new town, he finds himself in the middle of a series of supernatural occurrences. Are they really happening, or is it all in his head? Musicvideo and commercial director Keith Schofield wrote and directed this surreal sci-fi comedy.

Hosted by comedian Neal Brennan (“Chappelle’s Show”), “Home for the Weekend” is a mockumentary-style half-hour comedy following a celebrity’s return trip to his or her hometown, where pleasant strolls down memory lane can take unexpected turns and reveal surprising backstories about high-profile stars. The first episode in production features Lonely Island’s Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone back in Berkeley, Calif., where they grew up.

Comedian Andre Hyland (“Hollywood & Hyland”) morphs into his uniquely hilarious band of characters and interacts with an unsuspecting public. Hyland writes, directs and stars in this outrageous show.
