CBS’ ‘Two and a Half Men’ To End Run, ‘The Odd Couple’ to Premiere on Feb. 19

CBS is closing one comedy door and opening another on Feb. 19, announcing on Friday an hourlong series finale for “Two and a Half Men” and the series premiere of “The Odd Couple.”

As part of the comedy tweaks on the night, the net will also be shifting “Mom” to a new 9:30 p.m. time period.

The Odd Couple” will get a good launchpad, sandwiched at 8:30 p.m. between an original episode of TV’s top comedy “The Big Bang Theory” and the finale of “Two and a Half Men.” Starting Feb. 26, the newcomer will be followed by a repeat “Big Bang Theory” and “Mom” in its new timeslot.”

“The McCarthys,” which currently airs at 9:30 behind “Two and a Half Men,” will complete its 15-episode first season on Feb. 12.
