Looks like Saul Goodman is going to have his work cut out for him.
Julie Ann Emery (“Fargo”) and Jeremy Shamos (“Birdman”) have been confirmed as members of the cast of AMC and Sony TV’s “Better Call Saul.” They play Betsy and Craig Kettleman, who have been described as “the world’s squarest outlaws.”
The Kettlemans were originally slated to appear in just the first episode, but the actors’ performances were said to be so strong that they were added throughout the 10-episode first season.
Emery and Shamos join previously announced cast members Michael McKean (who plays Saul’s brother, Chuck), Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian and Michael Mando. Jonathan Banks will reprise his “Breaking Bad” role as Mike Ehrmantraut.
Emery previously worked alongside “Better Call Saul” star Bob Odenkirk in FX’s “Fargo.”
“Better Call Saul,” which is executive produced by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, is scheduled for an early 2015 premiere on AMC.
