The CW’s “Arrow” has cast “Spartacus” alum Nick Tarabay as villain Digger Harkness, better known as Captain Boomerang.
Tarabay will first appear in the seventh episode of the show’s upcoming third season. The role will carry over into the eighth episode, a crossover with The CW’s new series “The Flash.”
Tarabay is not the first “Spartacus” vet to visit “Arrow.” Other cast members to appear in both shows include Cynthia Addai-Robinson, who plays Amanda Waller on The CW show; Katrina Law, who recurs as Nyssa al Ghul, and Manu Bennett, who portrayed the villainous Deathstroke.
“Arrow” will premiere at 8 p.m. on Oct. 8 on the CW.
