PARIS– “Sex and The City” star Kim Cattrall will be making the trip to the French Riviera-set MipTV confab to promote her new show  “Sensitive Skin” and deliver a keynote.

Tricon Films & Television will be launching international sales of the series, starring Cattrall and Don McKellar, at next month’s MipTV.

Based on the acclaimed BBC program of the same name, the bittersweet comedy skein is exec produced by Cattrall, along with McKellar, who also directs all six episodes, Bob Martin, who penned the series.

“Skin” toplines Cattrall as a woman of a certain age and McKellar as her long-time husband. After selling their comfortable family home, the couple move downtown to an ultra-modern condo in a conscious effort to change their lives, keep relevant, and begin again.

It’s produced by Rhombus Media in association Baby Cow Productions, Bell Media’s The Movie Network, and Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central. Tricon serves as exec producer on top of handling international sales.

During her keynote, Cattrall will share her insights and experience in moving behind the camera to develop, exec produce and star in the series.

MipTV will take place April 7-10 in Cannes.
