LONDON — German TV network, ProSiebenSat.1 Group, saw a 10.6% hike in revenue last year to Euros 2.605 billion ($3.56 billion), it reported Thursday. Net income rose by 6.8% to Euros 379.7 million ($518 million).

The strongest revenue driver was the Digital & Adjacent segment with a growth rate of 44.5% and revenues of Euros 483.7 million ($660 million). The company generated 29.5% of its revenues outside the traditional TV advertising business.

As announced earlier today, ProSiebenSat.1 subsidiary the Red Arrow Entertainment Group has strengthened its presence in the U.S. with the acquisition of a majority stake in the production company Half Yard. ProSiebenSat.1 also announced its purchase of games publisher Aeria Games Europe, part of its drive to diversity. ProSiebenSat.1 now ranks among the top three players in the European online games market.

Revenues in the German-speaking broadcasting segment increased by 3.7% to Euros 1.998 billion ($2.73 billion). It extended its leading position in the German TV ad market, taking a 43.6% share. The group’s German audience share was 28.1%.
