The New York Palace Hotel is looking better than ever following a $140 million, 18-month renovation project that modernized the iconic Midtown Manhattan fixture. The remodel boasts features like the exclusive, lavish accommodations of the Towers, a new lobby area and fresh dining and nightlife options.

Eat: Chef Michel Richard includes bistro menus with prix fixe lunch and dinner options at the hotel’s new restaurant, Villard Michel Richard.

Drink: Specialty, hand-crafted drinks await at Trouble’s Trust, Midtown’s newest cocktail bar built underneath the Palace’s famed lobby grand staircase.
