Anjelica Huston’s Venice Beach live-work compound has been sold. Built in 1994, the 13,790-sq.-ft. “fortress,” as she once called it, is made out of Venetian plaster, and includes a 10,000-sq.-ft. art studio built by her late husband, sculptor Robert Graham.
The residence includes a gym, dance studio, chef’s kitchen, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home’s exterior features a courtyard, a Zen garden, pool, deck and patio. Producer Megan Ellison had the property in escrow, but pulled out.
According to listing agent Gregory Bega, an unidentified businessman has purchased the home.
