After postponing her U.S. “Bangerz” tour on Friday to recover from an allergic reaction to antibiotics, Miley Cyrus has already set the dates for her rescheduled shows.

Cyrus, who’s been active on social media during her hospital stay, tweeted the new schedule on Friday night.

The pop star’s national tour will resume in about six weeks in Uniondale, N.Y. The European leg, which kicks off in Amsterdam, is still scheduled for May 2.

Cyrus’ rep said the singer suffered an “an extreme allergic reaction” to the antibiotic Cephalexin when being treated to a sinus infection. She cancelled the first of a string of shows on Tuesday when she was supposed to perform in Kansas City, Mo.

“This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases,” her rap said in a statement. “She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans.”
