Richard Dreyfuss Joins Patrick Wilson, Lena Headey in ‘Zipper’

Richard Dreyfuss has landed a leading role opposite Patrick Wilson and Lena Headey in the indie drama “Zipper.”

Darren Aronofsky is producing “Zipper,” currently shooting in Louisiana, through his Protozoa Pictures banner. Mora Stephens is directing, and also writing the script along with Joel Viertel.

Dreyfuss will portray the role of political operator and kingmaker. Wilson is playing successful family man who presumably has it all until he risks losing everything due to his inability to fight off his obsessive temptation for other women.

Dreyfuss recently starred in “Paranoia” and “Very Good Girls.” He is repped by APA and Risa Shapiro of The Schiff Company.
