Muppets Call Out Hollywood in Newest ‘Most Wanted’ Trailer (VIDEO)

“We’re doing a sequel,” Kermit and Fozzie Bear sing to the audience. “That’s what we do in Hollywood, and everybody knows that the sequel’s never quite as good.”

Disney has released the newest trailer for “Muppets Most Wanted,” and in it the gang has debuted their “Sequel Song.” The catchy tune has the cast of characters breaking the fourth wall, singing their hearts out about how sequels never measure up to the original.

Based on the Mouse House’s trailer, the Muppets don’t have anything to worry about because they’ve chosen a “half-decent plot” – at Kermit’s request – which Ricky Gervais suggests: a world tour. The nearly three-minute video also shows the A-listers involved, which includes the aforementioned British comedian, Ty Burrell, Tina Fey and even a cameo from rapper Diddy.

The film bows March 21.
