Well Go USA Entertainment has bought North American rights to the psychological thriller “Supremacy” two weeks after its world premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
“Supremacy,” starring Joe Anderson and Danny Glover, is directed by Deon Taylor (“Chain Letter”) from a script by Eric J. Adams.
Based on a true story, “Supremacy” follows a high-ranking white supremacist (played by Anderson) who kills a cop 24 hours after his release from prison. He then seeks refuge in a home owned by a black family and takes them hostage.
Supporting cast includes Dawn Olivieri, Derek Luke, Evan Ross, Lela Rochon, Robin Bobeau, and Anson Mount. It’s produced by Vincent Cirrincione and Roxanne Avent of Taylor’s Hidden Empire Film Group; Robert Smith and Shannon McIntosh are executive producers along with Aaron L. Gilbert of Media House Capital.
The deal was negotiated by Doris Pfardrescher at Well Go USA Entertainment, and Preferred Content on behalf of the filmmakers. The Exchange will continue to handle international sales on the film.
