Benjamin Walker and Teresa Palmer will star in the psychological thriller “2:22” with production set to start in Australia in October.

Good Universe is launching international sales in Cannes.

Producers are Pandemonium’s Bill Mechanic, Walk The Walk Entertainment’s Steve Hutensky and Lightstream Pictures’ Paul Currie, who is also directing from a script written by Todd Stein with Nathan Parker and Currie.

Walker will portray a man whose life is derailed when an ominous pattern of events repeats itself in exactly the same manner every day, ending at precisely 2:22 p.m. He  falls for a beautiful woman whose life is threatened by these strange events, forcing him to solve the mystery of 2:22.

The three producers recently teamed up on “The Moon and the Sun,” starring Pierce Brosnan and Walker. That project is currently filming in Melbourne.

Walker starred in “Abrham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” and the upcoming “Heart of the Sea.” Palmer starred in “Warm Bodies” and the upcoming “Knight of Cups.”

Walker is repped by Inspire Entertainment and WME.  Palmer is repped by WME, Management 360 and Shanahan Management.
