ARC Entertainment has acquired all North American rights to the romance-drama “Lullaby,” starring Garrett Hedlund and Richard Jenkins.

Radiant Films is selling “Lullaby” at Berlin.

Producers are Cary Brokaw and Andrea Stone-Brokaw. Andrew Levitas is directing from his own script with a cast including Amy Adams, Jessica Brown Findlay, Anne Archer, Terrence Howard, Jennifer Hudson and Jessica Barden.

Hedlund portrays a man who’s estranged from his family and receives word that his father — played by Jenkins — has chosen to take his own life in less than 48 hours.

ARC’s recent releases include “Linsanity,” “Big Sur” and “Sweetwater.”

The deal was negotiated by ARC’s Scott Moesta and CAA and Cary Brokaw on behalf of the filmmakers.
